Looking through old calorie/weight logs The last time I started gaining it all back was after my weight refused to move for a whole fucking month Sounds about right

@ChelleDolle I focus on heavy restricting and that’s what’s fastest for me, but it also always makes me bounce back eventually 🤷 I know healthier weight loss would better give me the results I want, but it wouldn’t give my ED what it wants LOLLL😭
