In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, Metro ExpressLanes Call Center and Service Centers will be closed from Thursday, November 27th through Friday, November 28th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

Please note that discounts for CAV decals offered by other California toll facilities may also end at that time.

Effective October 1, 2025, the California Clean Air Vehicle (CAV) Decal Program will officially conclude. On this date, all CAV decals will expire, and CAV discounts on the I-10 and I-110 ExpressLanes will no longer be available.

In observance of the Juneteenth, Metro ExpressLanes call center and service centers will be closed on Thursday, June 19th. We will resume normal business hours on Friday, June 20th.

In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, Metro ExpressLanes call center and service centers will be closed on Monday, May 26th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th.

In observance of Cesar Chavez Day, Metro ExpressLanes call center and service centers will be closed on Monday, March 31st. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, April 1st.
