F3 The Torch

56 PAX, some old faces & some new faces, came out for the 5 Year Anniversary beatdown at the Torch. 4 Station workout led by current & former Torch AOQ’s @jitterbug @Oscar @Shooter McGavin @Geek. Coffeteria followed. Great things happen when you get outside your comfort zone.

22 came out to the #torch. Led by Audit. Challenge:  we all go above and beyond at times to care for our physical bodies. That is a good thing….But, prioritize your life so that you also train your spiritual body. For that is what lasts for eternity.

19 Torch Men got after it today on the LP baseball fields. Nice work. 1 Corinthians 10:13

19 Torch studs conquered the gloom with some rugby ball Indian runs, a Dora, some down the line drills, and tracers while jamming out to some classic country tunes! Way to lead Draft!

12 strong and courageous men faced the roulette wheel and conquered a variety of exercises in the elements. Led by Double Fault Oscar and One way. Great work men!

18 Torch Men did a handful of exercises and took some laps around the schoolyard this fine morning. Great lead Slice! Philippians 4:6-8. Allow God to take control. Get rid of stinking thinking.

23 Torch Men got after Thunderstruck, various exercises, parking lot tracers, the wall & Motivator. Great work men! Isaiah 45:22 “For I am God, there is no other.” Was our focus today.

21 studs got after it this morning. The community is what differentiates F3. Great COT & Great Lead Bada Bing!

23 MEN took a trip to the loop, tunnel, and hill-strong work all around! Awesome lead and COT WarPaint!

18 studs made it out today. Strong lead @Polaroid! Mind, body, and spirit are much better after that one. There is no stretch routine that can compete with a Polaroid Q!

27 beasts conquered an old school Torch workout. Great effort and thanks to Amateur and PAX Choice for putting the cherry on top. Remember who you are REALLY working for. Colossians 3:23-25. Great Q Stinkbait!
