Aaron Rovnak becomes the first boys cross country state champion ever for @FAHSXCTF!

Aaron Rovnak wins first Individual NCHSAA 1A title in school history with a time of 16:05!🎉

The boys team placed 6th and the girls placed 8th at NCHSAA 1A States🏆

Men’s team complete three-peat at the Regional Championships behind Aaron Rovnak’s own individual three-peat 🏆

Both Men’s and Women’s team are advancing to states after solid performances at the 1A Mideast Regional Championship. Men’s team take home the title in a close battle while the girls team take 2nd. Congrats to both teams!🎉

HM: Ciacia Kishpaugh placed high enough to also receive an all-conference title.

Laurel Lapish came in strong behind with a time of 22:24 which was good for 3rd place and an all-conference title. Allie Pratt finished with a time of 22:42 and a placement of 6th which helped the girls solidify their Championship Win. She also received an all-conference title.

HM: Michael Fiumara and Grant Gupton both placed high enough to also receive All-Conference titles.

Colby Orr came in at 4th place with a time of 18:33 which was enough to give him his first XC All-Conference title. Andrew Keel finished after Colby with a time of 19:35 which was also enough to give him his first XC All-Conference title as well.

Taylor Roberts had a dominant performance winning the Girls Conference Championship Race with a time of 20:43 and winning the Most Valuable Girls Runner of the Year.

Aaron Rovnak had a near-minute course PR and set new course record with a time of 16:31. He also won the conference championship individually and received the NCAC Most Valuable Male Runner of the Year.

Coach King won Men’s Cross Country Coach of the Year after a dominant season against conference rivals.

Both Men’s and Women’s XC teams won the Conference Title today at the NCAC Championship

Our next two girls to come in were Laurel Lapish at 22:01 and Allie Pratt with a time of 23:03.

Taylor Roberts was our first girl to come in day with a time of 21:02 and placed 16th out of 187.

Aaron Rovnak was our top boy today and won NC Runners Elite Invitational with a time of 16:04.
