FCL recently reached completion for Building 1, AZ Ave Logistics in Chandler, Arizona. This 68,095 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility includes two 6,000 sq. ft. mezzanines, is divisible into multiple suites, and has a 24 ft. clear height. Congratulations!

FCL is proud to announce the groundbreaking of East Bay Trade Center, a speculative Class A institutional-grade business park consisting of two (2) 36’ clear cross dock warehouses totaling 557,337 SF, located in Baytown, Texas.

FCL is wrapping up Phase One of a 30,285-square-foot interior renovation and building addition at the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin, Illinois. This facility included the addition & finishouts for the lobby and common areas, and renovating rooms for medically complex patients.

FCL is excited to announce the completion of Project Nemo in Peoria, AZ! This 212,000 sq. ft. cold storage facility was completed in just 7 months by FCL’s Cold Storage team. We are so grateful to have been a part of this project.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of the 1215 Logistics Center in Anaheim, CA for LBA Logistics! This 165,765 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility includes a two-story tenant improvement buildout and a 3,115 sq. ft. mezzanine. Thank you to all our partners!

Ground has officially been broken at O'Hare Logistics Center in Mount Prospect, IL! FCL's own team and our partners on this project - including Seefried Properties, the Mount Prospect Village Trustees, Mount Prospect Mayor Paul Hoefert and more were there to support!

Cold Summit Dallas, TX is coming along nicely! This 364,422 sq. ft. freezer/cooler facility features shrinkage compensating slab, an ammonia refrigeration system, and more! Thank you to our partners for their continued hard work throughout this project.
