The Acting Director, FCT Directorate of Road Traffic Services, Mrs. Deborah Osho, joined other dignitaries at the official commissioning of the Provision of Engineering Infrastructure for Wuye District, Abuja. The event, held in October 2025, was graced by the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, His Excellency, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, CON, and the Honourable Minister of State, FCT, Dr. Mariyam Mahmoud, and marks another milestone in the ongoing development of the FCT.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY COMMISSIONING OF THE NEWLY PROVIDED ENGINEERING INFRASTRUCTURE IN WUYE DISTRICT Day 20 -Tuesday 21st October, 2025 The FCT motoring public are informed of the above mentioned project to be commissioned on Olusegun Obasanjo Way, near Shafa Filling Station in Wuye. As such, vehicular traffic near the traffic lights will be restricted with visible road diversion signals. Alternative Route: Traffic will be diverted to Reuben Okoya Street to connect Olusegun Obasanjo Way by Exclusive Hotel. Traffic and security personnel will be deployed accordingly to ensure seamless movement of dignitaries and avoid gridlock within and around the venue. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 19 - Monday 20th October 2025 Construction of Male and Female Hostels at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja In continuation of projects' flag-off and commissioning, the Nigerian Law School premises will be the venue of the above event. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 18 - Friday 17th October, 2025 CONSTRUCTION OF COLLECTOR ROAD CO1 IN INSTITUTE AND RESEARCH DISTRICT LINKING THE BODY OF BENCHERS TO NILE UNIVERSITY AREA, INCLUDING A BRIDGE This is to inform the FCT motoring public, especially those plying the Institute and Research District, of staggered movement in traffic flow during movement of dignitaries to the venue of the above event at Baze University Junction, where the Baze University Hospital is situated. Movement to FMC, NOUN, Baze University and other nearby locations will be slightly affected. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 17 - Thursday 16th October, 2025 COMMISSIONING OF THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED ROAD ILS 11 (ESTHER BALI STREET) AND MAR 24 (KEZ UDEZUE STREET) IN MABUSHI DISTRICT, ABUJA In continuation of projects' flag-off and commissioning, the FCT motoring public are informed of the above commissioning, off Ahmadu Bello Expressway - Esther Bali - near Eranova University on Brookstone street. Traffic will be allowed to flow outwardly in front and behind the venue to access Zakari A. Kyari Street and Ahmadu Bello Expressway on the other side. As usual traffic will be slightly staggered at the above mentioned locations in Mabushi. Traffic and security personnel will be deployed accordingly to ensure seamless during movement of dignitaries. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 16 - Wednesday 15th October, 2025 CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAIN CARRIAGE WAYS OF OUTER SOUTHERN EXPRESSWAYOSEX FROM RING ROAD I JUNCTION TO RING ROAD II JUNCTION Motorists using the Apo-Wasa road in the FCT are hereby notified of the above mentioned event and should ensure full compliance to the road design: Inbound (Right hand side) and outbound lane (left hand side). The power station near Gudu cementary will be the venue of the event. As such, traffic will be slightly affected during the movement of dignitaries. TRAFFIC ADVISORY DAY 15, TUESDAY 14TH OCTOBER, 2025 COMMISSIONING OF ACCESS ROADS IN SECTOR CENTRE BY DAKIBIYU DISTRICT The FCT motoring public are hereby informed of the commissioning of the above project by the Hon. Minister of the FCT, his Excellency Chief (Barr) Ezenwo Nyesom Wike CON. As such traffic towards the Dakibiyu road (Asuquo Okon Way) will be slightly affected during movement of dignitaries. The Jerry Eze street by Code of Conduct Tribunal, Dakibiyu is venue of the event. Access to locations like Yaliam Press Ltd., Police Service Commission and others will be under controlled access by traffic and security personnel. Traffic Advisory Day 14, Monday 13th October, 2025 Design and construction of Residences for the Head of Courts (President, Court of Appeal; Federal High Court Chief Judge; Chief Judge of the FCT, Abuja; and President Industrial Court) The attention of the FCT motoring public are hereby drawn to the movement of dignitaries to the venue of the event at AIG Ali Amodu Crescent, opposite Abacha Barrack. Traffic will be slightly affected at the AYA roundabout, Lisa Suites, James Ogbede Crescent and other nearby locations. Security and traffic personnel will be deployed at 0800hrs accordingly to give direction and equally ensure seamless traffic flow, especially areas with traffic bottlenecks. - Head Traffic, DRTS

Traffic Advisory Day 13, Thursday 9th October, 2025 Construction of collector Road CN2 (Emmanuel I. Ogalla Street from Aterial Road N16 (Yemi Osinbajo Way) to N20 (Wole Soyinka Way) including Road ILS 5 within Katampe District. This is to again inform the FCT motoring public of staggered movement in traffic flow during movement of dignitaries to Emmanuel Ogalla Street along Wole Soyinka Road (Next Cash 'n' Carry junction, before Living Faith Church, Katampe), venue of the event. Alternative Route: Motorists resident at Camellia Court, Emirate Prime Apt, and other nearby locations, can use Attom Gujja Crescent Way to connect to the Expressway on Yemi Osinbajo Way, as Emmanuel Ogalla Street, Katampe District will be closed and only be accessible by those attending the flag-off event. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 12, Wednesday 8th October, 2025 Provision of Engineering Infrastucture to Outstanding Layouts within Guzape A09 Lots and I district and AlT Neighborhood in Asokoro A04 District FCT motorists are hereby informed that traffic along the Guzape area by SARS, towards the NNPC Filling Station, will be slightly affected as dignitaries will be heading towards the Sir Steve Nwadiuko Street, in Guzape. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 11, 7th October 2025. Rehabilitation of old Keffi Road from Kado Village to Deu-Dei junction. The new Saburi Road, Dei-Dei Juncton and other nearby locations will experience staggered traffic flow as dignitaries will be moving towards the Old Keffi using the Access Road to the Gwagwa train station - venue of the event. As usual motorists along these routes should exercise patience and cooperate with traffic and security personnel that will be deployed from 0800hrs. - Head Traffic DRTS.

Traffic Advisory Day 10, 6th October, 2025 Construction of Mohammed Isa Road Extension in Asokoro Abuja. Motorists plying Asokoro, especially those using Hassan Kastina Road, Mohamed Isma Street, Mahatir Mohammed Street and other nearby locations, that traffic will be slightly affected during movement of dignitaries to Aminu Ifesinachi Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja - venue of the event. The intersection of Deng Xiaopong Street and Mahatir Mohammed Street will be covered by traffic and security personnel to ensure seamless flow. Traffic Advisory Day 9, 3rd October, 2025 Construction of Transit Way (N2) to Connect Central Area with Wuse District with 2 Bridges In continuation of flag-off and commissioning of projects in the FCT, motorists along Abidjan Street Zone 3 are hereby informed of movement of dignitaries to the venue of the event. As such, traffic will be slightly staggered during movement especially at the intersection of Sultan Abubakar Way to Abidjan Street. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 8, 2nd October 2025 Installation of Integrated (Hybrid) Solar Lightening in Districts of Abuja Program Lot I and II The FCT motoring public are again informed of movement of dignitaries to FCTA Secretariat Area 11, venue of the above event. In furtherance to the above, traffic will slightly be affected to ensure seamless movement along the route. All motorists should ensure the directional flow along the loop are maintained and obeyed to avoid running foul of the law. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 7, 30th September, 2025 Construction of Access Arterial Road S1 from Ring 2 to FCT Fire Station in Kaura District Motorists plying Kado-Galadima, Lokogoma, Sun City and other locations within these axis are hereby informed of movement of dignitaries to the venue of the event near the FCT Fire Service station in Kaura. Traffic along these routes will be slightly affected but traffic control personnel and Security agents will be on ground to ensure seamless movement and conduct of all road users. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 6, 29th September 2025. Construction of Access Road bypassing Airport second runway from Bill Clinton Drive by Tungan Madaki settlement including a 4- span bridge. This is to again inform the FCT motoring public, especially those that will be heading towards the airport and returning back, that traffic will be closely monitored to ensure seamless movement as dignitaries will be heading toward the venue at Bill Clinton drive by Tunga Madaki junction. The two adjoining u-turns as you drive on Bill Clinton drive near Correctional Service Headquarters will be slightly affected and managed to ensure seamless flow to the airport. TRAFFIC ADVISORY Day 5, 26th September 2025 Construction of Access Road (Aterial Road N11, N16, N40 and SILS 03) in Karsana District, Renewed Hope Estate. The FCT Motoring public are hereby notified of movement of dignitaries along the Renewed Hope Estate at Karsana Junction. As such, traffic will be staggered along the route. Ascending Federal Housing Bridge toward Karsana (venue of the event) will be slightly affected. Traffic control and security personnel will be deployed accordingly.
