I spoke in @Europarl_EN on the situation of Ukrainian women refugees. The use of rape as a weapon & the risk of sexual exploitation are a reality of war. We remain engaged to integrate a #GenderResponsive approach including access to #SRHR as a part of realising human rights.

It’s EU anti trafficking day. Sexual trafficking and exploitation are the most commonplace in the EU. Alarmingly, 95% of registered victims are women or girls.

On International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, we highlight the disproportionate impact of poverty on women. In particular, energy poverty. 💡
