Fida has been great for telling us when proteins are behaving badly. Adding glycerol "just in case" induced protein aggregation - see the spikes with 5% glycerol. Instead the protein behaved fine without glycerol - no/few spikes. Thank you Fidabio for the loan of a machine.

Fidabio is joining the Leuven Protein Aggregation Meeting #PROAGG22 starting on Sep 21. Hasse Hedeby will be on-site to present how researchers use Fida 1 to measure multiple parameters of Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation which is associated with various #neurologicaldisorders.
