@MelodyCallaway Although you are not a gym or fitness studio, we have additional options you can sign up for that allows for 75 hours of music use or unlimited use. If you would like to see these options, please go to fitradio.com/upgrade

@MelodyCallaway Hi Melody! The tier you are using is created for personal use with under 35 hours of listening time per month. Due to our agreements with the record labels, we have a limit in place regarding music being used each month.

@FITRADIO I don’t know what’s going on with the app but for the last 3 days I’m unable to play music. The app just freezes when I open it and when I try to delete it and reinstall, it won’t uninstall

@FITRADIO so it’s telling me my subscription is up, the app won’t allow me to renew and your website is telling me different prices than the app has listed. What is going on? When I click the contact tab, it just logs me out and asks me to log back in.

@fitradio why can’t I log in with my Apple ID? I pay for subscription and haven’t been able to access my account for 2 days…

@therealdanvega Hi Dan! So sorry you are having issues. Here are some steps that hopefully will help you out: 1) make sure both screens are on with the FITRADIO app open on both devices 2) You are on the saved mixes screen on the watch app. email team@fitradio.com if you still have issues!

I love @FITRADIO but this feature of transferring a mix to my watch never works 🤦‍♂️😞
