"When you have great parents that have held you accountable and been honest with you and told you the truth...you're going to be able to accept that from a coach."
You want your kid to be a great player?
Start by making sure they’re a great person.
That’s the foundation.
Officer Hernandez has an incredible story. Grateful for him sharing with all of us this morning, and for how he lives the call! @SBS_Houston@SBS_Athletics

Fran’s Plan to Fix NCAA Eligibility
(I’m perfectly aware that this makes too much sense to implement.)
Five full years of eligibility at all NCAA levels in a five-year window—PERIOD.
One one-time transfer exception and the second transfer requires a sit-out season.
The exception to the one-time exception would be if the head coach of the school leaves for another job or is fired, the athlete receives immediate eligibility at next school.
Junior college transfer who receive a two-year degree retain four years of NCAA eligibility but not five. This insures that they are closer to the degree requirements at their Division 1 school.
Players who arrive from having played international basketball at the professional level and are over the age of eighteen, forfeit one year of their five years of eligibility for every year they played in a professional league.
I would like to extend my warmest CONGRATULATIONS to my outstanding young daughter, Mija Jade LeBlanc, who is poised to graduate from the prestigious University of Houston later today! I know my dad is smiling down from heaven!
Welcome Coach Benitez to Cy Creek! We are excited to have you and can’t wait to see the impact you have on the program! @cycreekhs@CFISDAthletics@CyCreekBooster
1000% Committed!
I am so blessed and thankful for this opportunity and grateful for all the support from my family, friends, coaches, trainers, and teammates, and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to help me get to this point🙏🏾 #AGTG@WestmontMBB@Westmont@aiaprepmbb@FORShoops
You can't win with any L.A.M.E. in your game.
"Lazy- somebody who is not willing to work
Arrogant- somebody that thinks they are better than they are
Mediocre- somebody who is not very good
Entitled- somebody who thinks they deserve what they haven't worked for." @Shep71
