@furniturerow so we were just informed yesterday that our item that was due in early March is now scheduled for mid-late April? Issue is we paid 100% of this item and delivery cost with now a 90 day wait? Pre paying is one thing but $3k out of pocket for a 90 day wait?

Ugh I will never buy from @furniturerow again! 1. The sales lady lied to us and said that my credit application couldn’t be completed so she could “save the sale” when it had actually been declined.

@denvermattress I was told 7-10 days for delivery. Then told 2 weeks. Then I was told up to 3 weeks, but it didn't show on the truck yet. I understand that twin XLs are specialty sizes, but if I knew it would take a month, I would have gone somewhere else.

@denvermattress we made a large purchase and bought the extra package with the mattress cover, sheets and pillows. When our mattress was delivered the extra package was not included and they are telling us 1-2 weeks before we will get it! Customer Service was apathetic.
