While it is understandable that Sidra is fighting against multiple accounts, abuse, fraud, and fake identities, many honest users now feel they are being punished alongside offenders. Thousands of genuine users report blocked accounts, failed face match verifications, KYC delays, or sudden restrictions — yet they have no clear support channel, no transparent appeal system, and no proper explanation. Many innocent people are suffering because the system may rely too heavily on automation instead of balanced human review. Meanwhile, some real offenders still appear to pass through unnoticed. This creates a dangerous perception: The guilty escape, while the innocent suffer. No project can grow sustainably if fairness is questioned. Security is important, but security without justice creates frustration. AI systems are powerful, but AI can still make mistakes.
