@elonmusk would an addition of a small parachute at the end of the fairing helps point its nose into the wind, dampen the swinging, and provide a more stable trajectory?

@elonmusk @SpaceX would using drones and perhaps another net to capture, slow down, and steady the fairings to give Mr. Steven an extra minute work?
