Fuck every single one of you #Thibs haters who told me Mike Brown was "10x better than Coach Thibs". Thibs led New York to 51 Wins while his Defensive Anchor in Mitchell Robinson missed our first 50 games before eliminating both Detroit and Boston despite the fact we had a brand new core of Mikal Bridges, Karl-Anthony Towns, Cam Payne and Landry Shamet who were all brand new (1st year Knicks) along with players like Delon Wright + 4 Rookies on the Roster. 2024-2025 after 75 Games under Coach Thibs: 48-27 . Vs. 2025-2026 after 75 Games under Mike Brown: 48-27. Mike Brown didn't make my Knicks "better" he's actually stopped our momentum from progressing/improving under Thibs and has us treading water this year. Mike Brown was silver spooned and inherited an Eastern Conference Finals Roster who won 51 Games last year (with no chemistry together) but yet A.) Couldn't sniff 60 Wins this year and B.) will finish behind both Detroit/Boston in the Standings (2 teams who Thibs eliminated last year from the Playoffs) which is a Mike Brown disappointed/embarrassment imo. Yes. I still believe (and know) our Core-Players can win the #Championship this year (because I believe in them) but it won't be because of "Mike Brown" it'll be in spite of him and because of my favorite Players on this team.
