Loved this article and can really feel the passion and creative fire the poets and other authors felt in striving for the right book cover for their work. Thanks @thuy_on @tessmccabe #writingcommunity #amwriting #bookcoverdesign #publishing

Despite that old adage, we all judge a #book by its cover. ArtsHub asked a number of authors about the process and creation of their own #bookcovers: @EmilieCollyer @WilloDrummond @sianprior @RowenaLennox @thuy_on @FeatherstoneInk #bookdesignaward #design bit.ly/3Lt6rbB

@humsentence A break might be just the thing you need. It doesn't mean you need to break up with writing permanently though - not when you have so much to say and can say it so well. There's a balance and you'll find it. There's lots of oxygen there when you do.

@kfosterauthor Erk, but the good news on this Kate is that a publisher has seen a market for this type of book! Especially in NF, people will buy multiple books on a topic as they want to go deep into the subject matter. There is definitely room for your unique insights, talent and book!

I've worked SO HARD revising a NF project that is literally my life as an autistic child & now autistic adult & mother. A book that's authentic & helpful for both children & adults. And today, I see a non-autistic person has a book deal for something similar. I'm ... gutted.😔

Just bought Stock Image AI through App Sumo and am experimenting to create character art for the Sassy Saints Series. Have been putting in prompts to create Jesse James, my bookish misunderstood teenage boy and this is what I came up with.

Tonight on @theprojecttv Waleed interviews self-published author Sarah Martin about her new book 'Dear Psychosis'. I've written about this important book & Sarah's author journey - so excited for her & the mental health conversation sparked. annafeatherstone.com/if-publishers-…

As a writer, you rarely get to drop the mic. All you can do is drop the mouse and then look at it, broken on the floor, brimming with regret as you try in vain to move your cursor
