@FeitElectricInc having an issue with Feit Electric smart landscape light. The power adapter went bad, but when o connect to exist power adapter the stake light works I am on a 2.4 ghz network and cannot get the device show for pairing, en those light blinks on reset.

@LightingSupply1 @FeitElectricInc Is there a reason why @FeitElectricInc doesn't make their vintage Edison bulbs in 2,700K or higher? Hoping for more options than just the 2,100K, but now wondering if they have technical limitations with these. Thanks

I have had nothing but trouble with @FeitElectricInc smart recessed downlights. We installed 4 of them and they worked fine for a few weeks and then we disconnected them and to paint the ceiling and 2 of the 4 won't pair after we painted. I've been through every trouble-shooting guide the have and Feit sent me two new lights and they still won't pair. Now Feit is promising to get back to me by certain deadlines and then never replies further. So, anyone had any experience with this? Do the lights have to be paired with the exact same tethered box they started with or be in the same order? I would not recommend this brand with the horrible customer service we have received so far.

@RdotGutter Hello, our Katalyst fixtures work with your current wall switch and dimmer. You do not need to replace that for the light to work.

@FeitElectricInc I have two of your 32 w three color 24” led fixtures. I love them! Unfortunately they have both broken. They strobe when just white is on. Mix in blue or red and the white light functions. Do you folks have a repair/replacement program? These things are great for my nursery lights. Thanks in advanced 🙏🏼

@FeitElectricInc with iOS 18 removing support for legacy widgets my control of my devices on my phone has become severely limited. Are there any plans to update your app to include a widget that will work in ios18 and beyond?

@FeitElectricInc We bought this bulb about six months ago to replace our fluorescent tubes in our electronic ballast fixtures and it’s already failed. What’s the deal with that?

Office light replacement complete. Only took 22mo. Life hack: buy all the bulbs you need for a lamp at the same time, esp if you sit on the project for 20mo and then find out the last two you need aren’t even manufactured anymore. Cheers to @FeitElectricInc for their help!
