I can't believe this was recorded 44 years ago, no autotune, no playbacks, just pure talent🔥

@oGchaZZZySoCal Any update on this? I’ve been waiting!

@oGchaZZZySoCal @ArcadeGameSocal Are there any scans of the article online anywhere?

Just so the people know... SoCal was ALWAYS tops in the Golden Era. And here's some proof. Look at who entered the "Intermediate," aka the kiddie bracket 🤣 and who got tops in the "Elite" bracket. Here's a 1st hand story for you non-believers. Love you NorCal 😘

I'm the creator of the video, and as @oGchaZZZySoCal said, we have spoken. A lot of what was in the video were excerpts from what has been posted on @FightersEdge1. Although a few key details such as the size of the tournaments and ft3 and later ft4 sets were things I gathered from our direct conversations. I kept a lot of the information general as to not step on any toes if they want to do a long form documentary themselves in the future. As for the AI thing. It's kinda a hot button topic right now. Some are completely against it, and others see it as a tool. I try not to overdo it, but with a subject like this where there's not much video evidence I used it to kinda fill in some visual gaps. Curious to know your take on things and how I should improve.

youtu.be/scB3LgHXNR8?si… The first dominant Street Fighter player in America wasn’t natural. He was created. And it started in a comic shop. New episode live. @oGchaZZZySoCal @FightersEdge1 #Streetfighter

ゲーム映像はあっても店内やプレイヤーの映像って今でも少ない。資料としての価値も高いと思う。
