@haven Yes, husband spoke to touring warden and he said it's main office that turned power off. Husband complained about, it and still off.

@haven Still no lighting in Lakelands ♿️ toilet/shower, it's not just dangerous it's illegal.

@haven You can't make it up. Now apparently reception has told touring warden they are knocking power off to ♿️ shower. Have to shower in only a security light, surely that dangerous for ♿️ users. Never coming back to this shambles of a site.

@haven I have already done so, and still the code remains on the door for everyone to use.

@haven (2/2) So us that are genuine ♿️ and need to use it have no priority. Always had an issue with something on site in the last 4 years we've been staff useless. 2 caravans with 2 disabled people, have had enough. Never again coming here.

@haven Update: Spoke with reception re: shower block & ♿️ shower/toilet and got told to use my own facilities in caravan or use disabled. How can I used ♿️ when I need to if general public is using it. We've paid to use your facilities for our annual 2 weeks here.

@haven No! We will only get same response as previous years. Wouldn't be as bad if the disabled toilet was only meant for disabled use, but they have the code on the door so anyone can use it.

@haven What a shambles Haven Lakeland is. No toilet roll in any block for a week now brown shower block is closed after being open all week. Everyone is now using ♿️ toilet/shower, why cos the numpties have code on the door or it's unlocked. (1/2)
