@TheBoysOOCC Used their money wisely since the writing was the issue in s5 not the vfx.
Noir is great in all aspects.

@FilmsFallout I had enjoyed Fallout but the build up and trailers etc made me fall in love with Fallout. The story for me was also a banger. The idea that in the blink of an eye your whole world is gone and it’s 200 years later sucked me in. Just wish the would give us one more story set in 4!

I like the gameplay- the combat, settlement building etc were all pretty well done. Also some really cool little stories and lore in amongst it. Also it’s a game in the fallout universe, so the setting is one I love!
There’s also things I don’t like.
The dialogue, character building, UI etc took a lot of player choice away- the Minutemen questline being a prime example of something that should have been optional but wasn’t.
Bits about the art style and design were hit and miss- pipe weapons a believable addition to the universe, and the steampunk style for certain weapons worked really well. For others, absolutely not.
The Legendary system for weapons and items mostly replacing uniques added little value imo.
Power Armour was really well done in concept- making it seem like the Tank suit it should be- but giving it to the player after 5 minutes and the over abundance of fusion cores kind of trivialised what should be a valuable and scarce resource.
Removing reputations and karma was disappointing.
The storylines were far less interesting and well constructed, for the most part, than previous entries.
As a gameplay experience, and a Fallout world to get immersed in, I really really enjoy it. But realistically there’s a lot to be critical of and I think it does signify a point at which Bethesda really started turning away from what Fallout originally was and decided to pursue the mainstream, easier to please audience.

@FilmsFallout I really hope we see an Enclave PA in season 3! (Maybe a new one?) 🤔
