Richard was diagnosed with dementia in 2020. Since his diagnosis, he had mostly given up creating art and was mainly just watching TV all day. However, this has changed recently. Since he started attending The Filo Project group, Richard's passion for art has been reignited

We have recently launched a new Wednesday evening Cafe, to run alongside our regular Sunday Moving Forward Cafes. Do you want to meet others who are grieving? Do you feel a bit lost and alone in your grief? We would love you to join our regular Virtual Good Grief Cafes. Our Cafes are run via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home. Pop along anytime, and chat online to those who are bereaved, to know you are not alone and that others understand.
