The following is the 2D contour plot presentation for both subjects. 2D contour plot is basically same as the "porcupine" like 3D presentation i do except flattened into diagram and be given clearer angle.

Though it is not clear we will get 3.7 or 4.0 patch on 16th July.
I think there will be some adjustments and shifts with patches.
4.0 as anni and postpone 3.7
If they don't re-arrange the contents,we can't align with the original piblishing date

Dari kacamata manajerial (apalagi kalau ini perusahaan yang butuh kedisiplinan tingkat tinggi), mereka nggak butuh manajer yang terlalu banyak protes atau kritis.
Mereka butuh manajer yang kalau dikasih target dari atas, jawabannya cuma "Siap, laksanakan!"
Kekurangannya? Budaya kayak gini bisa mematikan kreativitas dan out-of-the-box thinking.
Mari kita lihat dengan sudut pandang pertahanan negara.
Bikin pasukan cadangan itu biayanya triliunan dan negara harus rekrut, gaji, dan ngurusin mereka setiap hari.
Lewat kebijakan di instansi ini, negara dapet prajurit terdidik (calon manajer, otak encer, sehat jasmani) secara gratis.
Sehari-hari mereka dibayar dan diurus oleh instansi yang kali ini KMP, tapi begitu negara butuh, tinggal klik, mereka resmi jadi tentara ber-NRP (Nomor Registrasi Prajurit).
Smart move dari kacamata pertahanan, tapi creepy buat sipil.

Ternyata mereka ini: 1) Wajib ikut pelatihan Komponen Cadangan (Komcad) TNI. Sebagai catatan: Komcad akan dimobilisasi atau dikerahkan jika negara dalam keadaan darurat militer atau perang. 2) Gak boleh gak ikut, kalau mengundurkan diri ada dendanya. 3) Dendanya 100 juta rupiah kalau mundur. *** Jadi rekrut manajer sekaligus rekrut pasukan? 🤔
