Genuine question - why is the default for so many London based charities still office based or hybrid (needing to be in London 2-3 days a week)? What are the barriers to charities taking a #FlexibleFirst approach, where the role could be done office OR remote based OR hybrid?







Question for charities recruiting where interview questions are shared in advance. Very pro this being done. Keen to know is this done only in a supportive way for interviewees or is there any expectation for this to become part of interview prep to come ready with best answers?
