He fell in our lap and we still passed. I think they lock in on a player and can't pivot when the board falls their way. See: Bonk over Perrault. See: Jett over Buium. And even if you think we have too many small wingers or small D....Buium was part of the trade package for Quinn. So you can create the value you. Jett and Bink aren't moving any trade needles. I fear the same thing happed with Nesbitt. They seem like they are always trying to show how smart they are vs doing the right thing.

Every fan that even half watches hockey overwhelmingly wanted Caufield. One of the rare times the fan base almost completely agreed on something and the "Pros" running the #Flyers still took York. The fans shouldn't be more knowledgeable than the GM with regularity.
