I’m absolutely done with this bullshit with keepers going down and a team talk happening. Only way to eradicate is to treat keepers like outfield players and they go off for 30 seconds when they get treatment.

@Ibboarchie @_LamNam_ That must be about the 8th/9th time this season we've all said that's a good point when the other side is there for the taking. At some point those draws change to dropped points when you can't win a game anymore.

That was absolutely pathetic, too scared to take any risks, against a team that was depleted and were there for the taking. Even players that usually try to get it forward and take risks, like Tanaka, were just passing sideways and back. Feels like Farke has lost any idea of how he wants us to play. We aren’t getting the ball wide, we aren’t providing service to DCL, our set pieces (especially long throws) yield nothing, we have zero creativity through the middle. We can’t keep playing like this and expect to draw our way to safety. Wanting 2 wins from our remaining 7, when we have 3 wins in 15, is feeling unrealistic now. #lufc

@twill_94 We do, we just left it all on the bench and played 9 defenders for 70 mins. As soon as we brought forward thinking players on we looked more dangerous but it was too late. Exactly the same against Sunderland. Farke has to be more brave at home like earlier in the season

I liked Rooney loads as a player, despite who he played for, but Rory with another horrendous take yet again on the bird app. Just have the opposite opinion to him on just about anything and you’ll have a very decent hit rate

@PriestleyMatty @BerenCross It still made a massive difference just having energy levels up. DCL, Stach and Aaronson looked completely done in.

@FlyingFrome @BerenCross It worked in the first half because our formation against theirs allowed the wing backs to push up & the wide CBs to support them. We were able to get bodies closer to DCL. When they matched us, it pegged the wing backs further back. The 4-3-3 changed it, not the players

Farke said he was tempted to make earlier changes and switch to 4-3-3, but he felt, with the clean sheet holding past 70 minutes, last weekend's clean sheet in their heads, Everton being kept at bay, going to a back four would have been too risky. #lufc

@PriestleyMatty @BerenCross Maybe but it worked in the first half because we had the legs to get up and support DCL. We didn't after 65 mins. Either way his indecisiveness costs us way too much.

@PriestleyMatty @BerenCross Changing players literally stopped us from being penned in when he finally did it. He just did it 20 mins too late.

@FlyingFrome @BerenCross Changing players wouldn't be enough. Them matching our formation meant DCL was completely isolated & our wing backs were pinned back. By going 4-3-3, you get bodes closer to DCL but you also give their wing backs something to defend. We did that change & momentum shifted.

@PriestleyMatty @BerenCross I'm more concerned with him not seeing how tired we started to look at 70 mins and him not changing multiple players for another 15 after that. We lost the lead in that 15 mins and he had a strong bench. Not too fussed about no formation change.

@BerenCross This proves the tactical awareness is there. The problem is that he second guesses himself & worries too much that the change will have a negative impact. He needs to have more faith in himself & worry less.
