when ppl say trans genocide, they often don't mean that the state is shooting trans ppl on sight or sending them to camps, they are talking about the policies being implemented that erase the political and social existance of transgender ppl. these can happen through coercive assimilation, legal erasure, and prevention/ delaying of transition.
