Spent the day filming over 50 exercise videos to share with you all soon including lots of swim specific movements for all the swimmers out there to keep you busy. *I promise hoola hooping isn’t included* 😂

@GrahamBassi We are continuing on the basis schools are open as is our centre, but have cancelled learn to swim sessions and asked parents to drop and go.

Info please- how many clubs are terminating training due to latest advice from Swim England. I still need clarity please.

After my tweet yesterday, I’ve had so many responses from swimmers, coaches and parents. This is what I mean by focusing on the process and not the result. Hope that makes sense ☺️

One thing I try and stress enough to the kids I meet..It’s ok to not swim best times. You learn more from a disappointing swim than you do from a good one. I didn’t do a best time from the age of 14-17. We need to encourage more focus on the process, the times will come! ❤️

Arsenal and football aside.. Try and keep trying.. process skills don’t just happen team!!
