2 days ago, a gynaecologist at a clinic I went to donate my eggs ignored the handshake I gave him & pulled me by my waist towards his body in a forced hug.
I reported to the nurse/other donors; “let it go”. Yesterday I confronted him and he apologized, my inner child is pleased.

At Kinkole General Reference Hospital in Kinshasa, DRC, a doctor was seen in a video physically assaulting a woman immediately after childbirth while she was bleeding and in urgent need of care.
A quick scan of her timeline showed she had tears from delivery and needed suturing to stop a haemorrhage, but instead of proper care and pain management, she was met with violence.
This is beyond one incident. Sometimes women’s pain in medicine is overlooked or we are made to believe we are overreacting.
This is inhuman and triggering 🤯

Victor Etim and his 2 sons raped their 5 years old niece and cousin in both holes, till she landed at the hospital and was diagnosed with staphylococcus and other infections.
Nelly had to start wearing diapers again because of the damages done in her private areas.
Since this incident, Victor Etim has been threatening to unalive Nelly’s mother, which his is own sister, and he is also promising to manipulate the court proceedings.
The two sons has been arrested, but their father is still free.

An Afghan woman was raped. Because her attacker was married, she was jailed for “adultery.” She gave birth in prison. Then agreed to marry him— for her daughter’s survival. I can't even begin to make sense of this. 🤦🏽♂️
