Had an absolute blast at the TCAA Vicinity event last Friday night! 🎉✨ From the vibrant atmosphere at the Arizona Heritage Center to all the incredible local vendors, it was such a fun evening supporting our community. Loved grabbing a pic with Sergio from Creations by Sergio, and let me tell you, their mash potato tacos were straight-up out of this world! 😍🥔🌮 Huge shoutout to Julie Kent and her amazing team for putting on such a fantastic event year after year. You all make it fun, impactful, and unforgettable! 🙌 TCAA continues to do incredible work in Tempe, feeding families, providing shelter and housing support, helping with economic mobility, and serving over 35,000 adults and children every year. If you’re able, please consider donating to this great cause 👉 tempeaction.org/donate-now/giv… Grateful to be part of this community! ❤️ #TCAA #Vicinity2026 #TempeStrong #SupportLocal #CreationsBySergio

@Forte4Tempe Oh no I've been insulted by a guy who has been caught in lies repeatedly and finished last in a city council race. Just shows that the voters were right to reject you.

Applying for jobs isn't the hard part, it's pretty easy thanks to #ZipRecruiter and #Indeed, it's the constant stream of automated rejections. It's bad enough not getting hired, it's worse being told so by a robot. #doesnotcompute

Got rejected by #ASU for a job as a groundskeeper and then just now by a temp agency. Interview went well but I "don't meet their qualifications"? Maybe they should have not interviewed me then? #disappointed

The preliminary results are in from yesterday's Tempe City Council election, and while we came up just short of advancing to a runoff—missing it by a hair—I'm at peace with the outcome. As someone who truly believes everything happens for a reason, and when one door closes, another opens, I feel grateful and optimistic about what's next. A huge thank you to my incredible supporters, volunteers, donors, and most importantly, every voter who made their voice heard. Your energy, time, and trust meant the world to me. What excites me most is the expanded network of amazing people I've connected with throughout this campaign—supporters and even detractors alike. We're all in this together, and I genuinely look forward to working with each and every one of you in the future to make Tempe even better. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. Onward for our community! 💙 #Forte4Tempe #TempeStrong #ThankYouTempe

Your Water Bill Shouldn’t Hit Like a Gut Punch. Tempe families just got hammered with a water rate hike that went beyond what the 2024 rate study even suggested. The current Council rubber-stamped it 7-0—with basically zero real public discussion or transparency that I can find. When residents pushed back and made noise? Instead of owning it or making a strong case, they just spread the pain over more years and crossed their fingers the frustration would die down. Crickets from anyone defending that original vote on its actual merits. That’s not leadership. That’s not earning trust. That’s precisely why I’m running for Tempe City Council. We need rates that are fair, open, and truly affordable, not stealth increases that slam household budgets without warning. (Here’s a clip from what I shared at a recent neighborhood forum on this exact issue.) Tempe deserves straight answers, genuine public input, and real accountability before the next round of hikes. This is a multi-seat race—voters can pick up to three, but to pack the biggest punch and actually flip the status quo by defeating incumbents, the sharpest play is single-shot voting: Mark ONLY Joe Forte on your ballot. By laser-focusing your vote on one strong challenger, it weighs way more and maximizes impact toward real change on Council. Time is tight, here’s how to get it done: It’s too late for mailing if you haven’t already, but you can still drop off or vote in person by 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 10 (Election Day). - In-person early/replacement voting: Today (March 6) & Monday (March 9) at Tempe History Museum, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. - Election Day: Tuesday, March 10, 6 a.m.–7 p.m. (polls open—ballots must be received by 7 p.m.) Single-shot strategy: Vote ONLY Joe Forte. Whether you’re dropping off today, or Monday, or hitting the polls Tuesday, let’s turn out strong and deliver a better Tempe for our families. #Forte4Tempe #GoWithJoe #SingleShot #TempeElection

We’re less than one week away from Election Day on Tuesday, March 10! Tempe, your vote can make history and bring real change to our City Council. This is a multi-seat race with seven candidates vying for three seats. Voters can vote for up to three people, but to maximize your impact and help unseat incumbents... The single-shot strategy matters most right now. To concentrate votes and give challengers the strongest shot: Vote ONLY for Joe Forte. Your one focused vote packs way more punch this way, it’s the most effective path to shaking up the Council and prioritizing fresh voices for Tempe. Voting details (all at Tempe History Museum, 809 E. Southern Ave): 🏛 In-person replacement voting or drop off your completed ballot: • March 3–6: 10am–5pm • March 9: 10am–5pm ✅ Election Day: Tuesday, March 10 • In-person voting: 6am–7pm • All ballots must be received/dropped off by 7pm — no exceptions! Track your ballot, check your polling options, and confirm everything at BeBallotReady.Vote or tempe.gov/election. Tempe deserves better — let’s make it happen. Today is the last recommended day to mail back your ballot for the Tempe City Council election! 📬 I'm Joe Forte — a 20-year Tempe resident, Navy veteran, small business owner, and independent candidate running for Tempe City Council. It would be an honor to earn your vote and serve our community. This is a multi-seat race where voters can select up to three candidates — but to truly maximize your impact and help shake up the status quo by unseating incumbents, the most effective strategy is single-shot voting: Vote ONLY for Joe Forte. By concentrating your vote on one challenger instead of spreading it across multiple names, your ballot carries far more weight and punch. It's the smartest way to drive real change on the Council. Here's how to make sure your voice is heard: - Mail it today — Tuesday, March 3 (recommended last day for timely delivery) - In-person early or replacement voting: March 3–6 & 9 at the Tempe History Museum - Election Day: Tuesday, March 10 (6 a.m.–7 p.m.) Single-shot strategy: Vote ONLY Joe Forte. Whether you mail it right now, drop it off soon, or plan to vote in person — let's finish strong together and build a better Tempe! #Forte4Tempe #GoWithJoe #SingleShot #TempeElection
