Fossabot is a great chatbot, and you can import all your settings directly from SE Ko-Fi has always been a good place for donations, remains true today If anyone knows any alternatives for an Alert Box that does Twitch & YouTube, would love to hear it!

This is already patched, effective immediately. And @L3TH4L_P4ND4 has confirmed this is no longer effective. I would like to stress that this does NOT gain an attacker unauthorized access to your data. There was no access to any of Fossabot's internal systems or network. (4/4)

The logic we use to split up the message tries to find natural breaks (eg. sentences) to make things easier for chatters to read. It also randomizes the length we cap the message at. If you predicted when we split a message correctly, you could invoke a slash command. (3/4)

Fossabot was made aware of a minor exploit related to how messages are sent. Thank you to @L3TH4L_P4ND4 for reporting this exploit! There's no evidence this has been used, it does NOT impact your data or compromise our systems. Your data is safe. No action is required. 🧵(1/4)
