Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter, which offers safety, resources, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by domestic violence in Northwest Arkansas. Friday, Eldredge & Clark welcomes Gabe Stultz as Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in our Rogers office. Gabe brings sixteen years of public service, most recently as Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Division Chief in Benton County. He has tried more than twenty jury cases, clerked for two judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the Honorable Joseph L. Toth and the Honorable Grant C. Jaquith, and previously served in Washington, D.C., as legislative counsel to a national veterans’ organization. Many of our paralegals recently attended the ArkBar Annual Meeting’s Paralegal Track, a day focused on professional development and legal best practices. The program included an ethics session led by our own Johanna Wade, highlighting the important role paralegals play in upholding the standards of our profession.
