@Shrink_at_Large I've learnt that meltdowns can't be avoided but what helps to treat it is 🐻‍❄️for comfort and eye massager to protect my face when I start to selfharm. 🐸

Tell a clinician what you need to avoid overwhelm, burnout, or meltdown. They ignore it. You hit your limit—either kick off or collapse. Then, you’re blamed or dropped for being ‘monstrous’ or ‘not trying hard enough.’ #HumanNotPD

@Shrink_at_Large I made progress in therapy through being inspired by Canadian geese behaviour. I like the way they are assertive and strong-willed but are friendly and loving 🇨🇦🇨🇦

@jo3grace @KimMears1 Hi I was Self diagnosed Selective Mutism because I struggle to speak out/communicate or speak in detail. My speech therapist didn't know about Semi Verbal Autism I suppose I could find some recourse books on it I recently tried to use my notepad more often. 🐸

@Frog_Toads They are distinct, @KimMears1 would be able to explain why better than me. But my understanding is selective is situational, where as semi is more of a running out!
