By 2025, that figure had skyrocketed to 139 million. The World Bank has projected that it would get to 141 million, which is 62% of the entire population of Nigeria, by 2026. Incase you don't understand the mess that youre in, the entire population of Germany is 84 million. Nigeria under Tinubu has more people living in poverty than Germany has people! Yet VDM, ST, MITCHELL and CEO are our problems.

Let’s not forget the multitude of the people who have been crippled with weaponized poverty, starved with hunger and bereft of hope of a better nation, intimidated with the fear of the gun and hoodlums who protect these politicians, whose allegiance is not to the Nigerian people but to the 1% who call the shots. These people have become docile. Maybe not entirely, but they’ll rather continue seething with rage, complaining about the heightened hardship in the country whilst still collecting the rice (selling their votes), giving in to the intimidation, allowing tribalism and religious extremism to cloud their sense of judgement.
