Dr Jibril Khalil who lost her life to a stray bullet at home. The reckless and dangerous trend of indiscriminate shooting during celebrations must be banned immediately in Maiduguri. This senseless act is claiming innocent lives and putting entire communities at risk. There is no justification for turning moments of joy into potential tragedies. Anyone in possession of a firearm must be held to the highest standards of responsibility and accountability. The government must act decisively enforce strict laws, prosecute offenders, and ensure this menace is completely eradicated.
