Fungal Front RTS

Here's some updated gameplay to show some of the new features we've been working on💥

@perafilozof_YT recently put 30 indie game devs on the spot and asked: "What makes an RTS fun?" Here's my 60 second take⏱️ Feel free to add what you think makes them fun in the comments.

I've just uploaded Episode 13 on Unit Production for the tutorial series. Here's what's been covered so far: - Camera control - Unit selection - Box selection - Unit movement - Obstacle avoidance - Control groups - Minimap functionality - Attack logic - Aggro range logic - Splash damage - Building construction - Unit production

A big battle between the Shroomies and Space-F💥

Brought in the Huntress, a ranged unit for the Shroomies

The Pantherax is a great counter to units like the Guardian with its high HP and powerful melee attack #rts

Added a speed-boost ability for the dropship so you can do doom drops on your enemies

Been making progress on Fungal Front on the train to work. Added waypoint movement and a dropship to transport units this week.

Some work on the capsule art for the Steam page

Implemented a dash⚡️powerup for the Guardian, activated by button click or shortcut key. Might be a little too quick but it feels fun as a bit of micro.

We've been doing some work on the environment for the demo we plan on releasing in October. It'll have both single player and online co-op options.

Finished with the minimap and made it so you can issue orders directly on the minimap and drag the camera
