I don't see this as weird because it is a very first world problem that makes no sense at all. But what is important is that lolicons in general are actively being censored by account suspension or threats in general.
That is the problem, if they are censoring lolicons for what they consume, then they're against Freedom of Speech. I care about lolicons because they're anybody, they're your average person who so happens to consume that kind of content. They should not be targeted as such, because they should have Freedom of Speech.
If I do not protect their Freedom of Speech, then someone else will take away my Freedom of Speech. Just like how Age Verification is being pushed to stop children from consuming porn or anything NSFW. That is the gateway to a surveillance state, and that is something I do not want anyone to ever experience.
Lolicons in general, don't hurt real children because they are not into them, there are rare exceptions, but that's that, an exception. And it is unfair to treat them as something to censor, they have rights like anyone else. If they genuinely were into real children, we would not be having this discussion at all. Which is why I tend to go out of my way to protect them, I do not want them censored.
