Development - Great leaders develop more leaders. It means believing in people's potential. 6. Character - The foundation. Integrity, honesty, doing the right thing when it's hard. Leaders with character earn respect because they act in alignment with their values. True leadership isn't about being liked. It's about serving others, holding standards, and having the courage to do what's right even when it's uncomfortable. It's about doing what's right.
