Conteaza mult si ce discurs va avea Jerome la 21:30. Pe 23 Mai pusesem urmatoarele 2 rezistente in care ma asteptam sa ajunga SPX. A respins doar unghiul albastru. A trecut acum de fib 1.23 pe care l-a si retestat cu succes (screenshotu' 2). In screnshotu' al 3 lea sunt urmatoarele rezistente. Toate sunt importante si destul de aproape una de cealalta. They just don't have the budget to fight back, being nothing more than start-ups operating on ultra-low funding. 99% of them have raised money by selling a “utility token” which according to the Howey Test used by the SEC, turns out to be a security. The days when anyone with a 3 page whitepaper can raise millions are numbered. Be very careful with mid-small cap coins. No founder will fight back for you (“investor”) and their crappy project when law engorcement steps in. Some will run like rats. Others will comply with regulators and pay large fines. Maybe the Asian market will open its door for them, but it will be difficult to operate locally, not internationally. This is the worst thing that can happen to the industry. I don’t know the future. I don’t want to scare you. I want to make you aware of the potential risks. For me it is clear that the state fought and continues to fight against the crypto space as it is today.
