@davidzmorris @danwaterfield This is actually becoming a bit more common now. I know departments have seen a rise in applicants with 2 masters. I’ve said to other lecturers before that I don’t know if I’d have been accepted onto the PhD if I applied now because of how many have 2 MSc

100%. Other examples of the escalation of “minor” non-contact sexual offences: Wayne Couzens flashed someone before raping and killing Sarah Everard. Pawel Relowicz sexual burglaries and indecent exposure before he raped and murdered Libby Squire.
