@ScotRail Sitting on unit 57500 Crianlarich to Glasgow. No heating on the train. -10 degrees out side, 2 degrees on the train. Absolutely freezing. Passengers and staff complaining. Warmer on the trans Siberian express! Get it sorted. Not acceptable!

@ScotRail This train had been running for 2 hours. Talk to your staff. They’re on the verge of walking off the job. Serious health and safety issues here for both passengers and staff. Fix your trains, replace the aging 156’s, or don’t run the service.
