I feel so sure that's Id from GBF Relink. They actually haven't put him in a playable role in anything since that game came out but now is definitely a good time with the expansion on the way

Since AWT Finals are happening, I made a list of the characters I want and wouldn't mind seeing in GBVSR should the game get more seasons. Note that I don't know anything about GBF, so my picks are generally based on character designs and whatever I've read on the wiki.
