There is just something very therapeutic about a quiet wrestling room! Came to wash mats and needed to take in the beauty of this place! In the middle of a very frustrating and stressful week, the practice room provided some stress relief! Thankful for this sport!! 🤼‍♀️

Practice #34 of the season! Today we broke down a ton of technique to dissect the small details that will take our skills to the next level!! Our coaches did a great job of finding what we need to fix and teaching it to our kiddos! It was a productive day!! I love this group!!
