🚨CRUELTY: Cllr Zoe Marlow STARVED her dog Laney to a skeleton. Vets had no choice but to euthanize the suffering dog. Convicted Oct 2025: community order, £120 fine +dog ban. Yet she’s STILL a Manchester councillor in 2026 while Greens lecture on animal welfare. Disgusting.

Not our usual sort of post unfortunately but we do have a homing appeal this morning at @greyhoundtrust Cumbria, any likes and RT’s would be appreciated to get to as wide an audience as possible 🙏🏻 Following the sudden passing away of one of our adopters, we have a bonded pair of greyhounds that have been returned to us this week and are looking for a new forever home. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been looking for a bonded pair, or house trained dogs. The preference obviously would be for them to go as a pair and that’s what we will be initially looking at exploring The white and black boy is 9 year old #ViewEuro and the black girl is 5 year old #EllandRoadStar . They have been together in the home for nearly 3 years and are obviously very attached. They have been well looked after and are in great health, essentially ready to go. They are both characters in their own right and make a fantastic team They are currently back here with us in the kennels where they came from originally so quite happy, but we’d obviously love to get them back in to a home environment.
