Today is my last day at Broomfield for 12 whole months as I embark on a new challenge as a HCA Development Facilitator seconded to the MSE ICB. Feels very wierd to know I won't be coming to this hospital everyday... Broomfield will always be my home 🥰

On Thursday, our PDN @GemRead went to meet the board at @MSEHospitals to receive the Excellent Values Award for September for her team, the HCA support team along with Lauren, senior HCA Champion, a representative of our six champions across the MSE sites.

I honestly could not be prouder of my team! Being recognised for our hard work and dedication is so exciting. A true highlight of my career 💙

Very proud to share that today I passed another module of my Medical and Clinical Education Masters with another distinction 🫨 Such an engaging course that I feel pushes me to become a better educator every day. Only 3 more and a dissertation to go!
