@mydodgers2020 No problem! The powder is very light and fluffy so the scoop can sometimes get buried. We are working on a solution for this. Glad you found it!

Fuelling the run is always hard, especially at the end of an IRONMAN. For me run nutrition really starts before you hit T2. I do my best to front load as much as I can, nothing works better for that than @GenUcan.
