I've been to 60+ countries in the world, and think Lviv, Ukraine is the best city to visit as a tourist. Let me know your thoughts, if you've been and if you agree. The closest competitors would be Krakow, Poland or Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was a walkable Old Town, cafe culture, layered history, and slightly undiscovered feel to it. It's not pretentious or too big. Amazing restaurants, great architecture, friendly people, relatively cheap, and lots of history. It's smaller and more cozy than Budapest, London, Paris, and less pretentious as well. A trip would be taking the train into the city from Poland as the airports are closed. Checking into a quaint hotel in the old town for $35-$75 a night. Then walking around what feels like a mix of old Europe and Modern Europe, seemliness blended into one. Amazing coffee, cafes, restaurants, all for reasonable prices with great service. A free, tip based walking tour tells you the history of the city, as well as current wars. Ending the day with a chocolate and a craft beer and some great memories.

The goal of the strategic agreement is to develop and scale up the serial production of interceptor drones. Ukrainian interceptor drones are capable of covering a distance of up to 32 km and reaching speeds of up to 300 km/h. These indicators significantly exceed the speed of Shahed-type drones, which is about 200 km/h.

Bucha is not only a place of remembrance. It is the place where the world saw a torn wound on humanity's body. At the Second Parliamentary Summit in Bucha, I stressed that this summit matters not only for Ukraine. It matters for the entire civilised world, because it is here that the line runs between law and impunity, between humanity and barbarism. Bucha, Irpin, Moshchun, Hostomel… These names have ceased to be merely geographical points. They are new terms of international law, which we are obliged to fulfil with justice. They must receive a legal assessment, and those responsible must face just punishment. That is why the creation of a Special Tribunal is not a political wish, but a moral and legal duty. The presence in Bucha of heads of parliament, speakers, and heads of delegations is a powerful legislative act of solidarity. Every resolution, every decision to support Ukraine, every step to strengthen our defence is a contribution not only to Ukraine’s security, but also to protecting Europe from the repetition of such tragedies. We have no right to fatigue. Because democratic fatigue always becomes fuel for dictatorship. Our struggle is not only a struggle for Ukraine. It is a struggle over whether there will be a place in the future world for law, justice, and human dignity. Today, Bucha is the voice of truth. On this day four years ago, Ukrainian soldiers liberated the Kyiv suburb of Bucha from 33 days of Russian occupation. The Ukrainians will never forget the horrors left behind by the Russians. Residents tortured, raped and murdered by Russians lay on streets, sidewalks, in their yards, in their homes, basements, and in mass graves. Russians bring only destruction, humiliation, and death to other nations. The Bucha tragedy proved to the world that Russians have no limits. They won’t stop unless the entire free world stops them. Eternal memory to the victims. May God rest their souls. Slava Ukraini.
