Today I restarted my counselling (talking therapy) after a years break. We talked emotions, listening to ones needs and being kind to self. It was an emotional, reflective session, allowing me to see how much I’ve grown in the last year and focus on how I can continue to grow.

@FranWaldock And I would also advise you to see if your trust has any easy read resources that have already been produced? I know each Trust varies and in our trust we have a few easy read resources, and then create our own resources which are tailored specifically to the patient😊
