Just a little behind the scenes video today showing off some prototypes and talking about how product development works. One of my favorite parts of this job is being one of the cool kids who gets to put the prototype stuff through the wringer.

@FREEFlREARMS @CloverTac The Turk shotguns in general are getting better I think. I used to think they are all trash too but I picked up a couple of cheapie Tokarevs to make video content with and they are shockingly good. I'm stunned. They've come a long way in a short time.

@RenoMayGuns @Pr0m3th3 I have 4 or 5 @GideonOptics omegas. I still use one with at least 10k on it. The others are at or around 4-5k each. I’ve had no issues with them. I got the first one as a joke and now here I am… I’m sure the granite is in the same boat as the omega.

Sro/507comp are the two primary options. They have dot size options that are good. They get bright enough. And have a forgiving window. The Sro being round is more pleasing to the eye. But the Sro suffers from the “double dot” when facing low angle sun. The 507comp I notice this much less. Price the holosun wins. But when you’re shooting at high volume the cost of a dot is less of a factor. They’re both good options. Get the one you like the most and can afford. I’ve got a ton of rounds on 3 @GideonOptics granite and theyve been great. About 2-3k through each lol

Happy 3/08. No, you can't buy the 5-25x yet-- still working on it. Reticle concept is to get 20" .308 Win rifles like this one out to 1000y with a 100y zero just with holds. You'll have to back down magnification to about 12x to see enough reticle to do it, but it can be done.

Haters will say it's AI. Naw, our friends at @LuckyGunner needed to compare a few revolvers back to back and well, it would be a pain to install, zero, and peel off an optic on each one over and over again. We were happy to help out. So which revolver would YOU choose?

Amateur: align your dot with your iron sights. Pro: Notice your rear sight has drifted significantly left under recoil but your Gideon Omega has held zero for two years so far. Grab a hammer and punch and smack the rear sight until the irons successfully align with the reticle.
