I don’t think people realize that it is perfectly fine to be pro-life for your own body, but you can’t force that on someone else’s body. That is their decision.

@richlallen I once flew with a 2yo seated next to the door - not in an emergency exit aisle, but near an exit and I was so paranoid I’d doze off and wake up w her jumping up and down on the lever to open it 😳 - so I asked and was told the same thing. So many fear fantasies retreated! 😮‍💨

Things I google while flying: “What happens if I open the airplane door mid air?” Happy to learn: 1. It’s physically impossible with the air pressure situation 2. The doors are locked Now I can stop with the final destination scenarios I always think about.

Beginning to see this acknowledgment of native culture and lands in declarations/documents/events from travel companies in Australia (this from @Intrepid_Travel 's 2021 annual report) and Canada. Haven't seen his anywhere in U.S., sadly, unlikely to happen here.
