I don't see the fight playing out where Oliveira spams his grappling [if this was the case, he would've prepped this for Topuria imo]. If it comes naturally through combos and level change, that’s different. And somewhat recently, Oliveira has favoured his stand-up and Thai striking style a lil too much. It's neat, tidy, not flashy at all and extremely effective against novice "UFC" pseudo-boxers. But Holloway is a superior boxer with elite/advanced timing. I can see Oliveira engage in clenches against the fence to "score points" but if we're betting on who wins outside of that snoozefest, Holloway catches him more with significant punches throughout the fight. Truth is, Oliveira is chinny, Holloway can withstand a storm and he simply can’t. Only threat here is submission - which is obv possible if he decides to go back to how he used to be [old game-plan wise]. ^ How Oliveira beat Gaethje and Poirier]. It’s a mid bet tbh, odds should be closer to 50/50 imo. Holloway winning the first fight a long ass time ago is the reason for the odds being this way, But both fighters have improved massively since and are completely different.
