The Clinton High School Softball team won a seesaw contest and outlasted the Starkville Lady Jackets, 11-10, in its MHSAA Region 2-7A opener Thursday night at CHS. Presleigh Burrow slammed the door in a jam to secure the win after Clinton scored for five in the sixth.

The Clinton Arrows Swim Team has announced its tryout date for March 28 at the Baptist Healthplex in Clinton, beginning at 8:45 a.m. Tryouts are open to students entering 7th through 12th grade. Participants must bring an updated physical, a signed parent consent form.

The Arrows play a doubleheader at the Battle at the Beach, starting their slate of Spring Break games over the next two weeks. Clinton takes on Evangelical Christian at 9:30 a.m. at Biloxi High School and then takes on Center Hill at 5 p.m. at St. Martin High School. #GoArrows
